Respect, Please. Pole Dancing as a (Sensual) Sport

Last I checked pole dancing was mainstream acceptable as a form of exercise for adventurous young women and repressed housewives. Until now. This latest discovery deserves some real R-E-S-P-E-C-T.

Introducing the US Pole Dance Federation, America's first organization to host professional pole dancing competitions before a panel of fair and impartial judges:

"USPDF consider pole dancing a sensual athletic dance form that demands coordination, flexibility, sensuality, creativity, individual style, and physical strength. All these elements are equally important in USPDF competitions.

(All USPDF judges have extensive backgrounds in gymnastics, fitness, professional dance and choreography, and aerial work. USPDF judges are also thoroughly educated and trained by the board of USPDF.)"

Beware. After watching the video below, you might be inspired to install a pole and take some lessons. These women are incredible athletes.
